1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website, booking a service, purchasing digital content, or engaging with our coaching or wellness programs, you agree to these Terms of Service and any referenced policies. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

 
2 Nature of Services
Wellness Konnections Integrated Health provides integrative, holistic, and functional wellness services, and faith-based coaching and mentoring through Divine Alignment Coaching.

Clinical services provided by licensed professionals are for health evaluation, prevention, and education under applicable state scope of practice.
Coaching and mentoring services are educational and spiritual in nature and do not constitute medical care, diagnosis, or psychotherapy.
All clients are encouraged to consult their personal healthcare providers before beginning any new health, nutrition, or lifestyle program.

 
3 Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide truthful information when booking or submitting forms. You understand that outcomes depend on your own participation, follow-through, and consistency. You acknowledge that results vary by individual and no outcome is guaranteed.

 
4 Payments & Refunds
All payments are due at the time of booking through secure third-party processors such as Payhip, Practice Better, or other approved platforms.
Digital downloads, courses, and coaching sessions are non-refundable once accessed or delivered. For health consultations, 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling. Missed appointments may incur a fee.

 
5 Intellectual Property
All website content, course materials, e-books, graphics, and videos are the exclusive property of Wellness Konnections Integrated Health LLC or Dr. Kendra Lawrence (“Dr. K”). No materials may be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.

 
6 No Guarantees / Disclaimer
While our programs aim to support spiritual, emotional, and physical wellness, we make no warranties or guarantees regarding specific outcomes. You agree to hold Wellness Konnections, its staff, and affiliates harmless for any results, decisions, or interpretations arising from the use of our services or materials.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wellness Konnections Integrated Health LLC, its owners, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation or reliance on information provided through this site or our services.
